Hoe het in de praktijk werktDe aanpak is meestal community-based en trainingsgericht: de organisatie werkt samen met lokale partners en investeert in lokale capaciteit, zodat programma’s blijven bestaan als externe ondersteuning afneemt. Kenmerkend is het werken in groepen en het combineren van muziek met methoden uit community arts en (basis)psychosociale ondersteuning. Typische onderdelen van het werk:
