Established in 1990, the Thami Mnyele Foundation has been facilitating a distinctive three-month artist-in-residence program in Amsterdam since 1992. The foundation primarily aims to promote cultural exchange among artists from Africa, the diaspora, and the Netherlands, with a particular focus on Amsterdam.
